In 1992, Boxer Property initiated its ﬁrst project in Dallas, Texas, at 8500 N Stemmons Freeway, where it leased office space in a six-story 108,000-square-foot building. Since then, Boxer Property has purchased over 10,000,000 square feet of real estate, transforming office and retail centers, resort hotels, and other real estate businesses.
